- 500g of Cream Cheese at room temperature
- 150g Coconut oil
- 250g of thickened cream
- 3 x Scoops of KetoLogic® powdered meal replacement (or other Keto powder of your choice)
- 3 x Tablespoons Cocoa powder
- Topping/Coating - Almond or Hazelnut Meal or ground walnuts or desiccated coconut
METHOD
- To avoid clumping, mix the Keto and Cocoa powder in with the cream.
- Using a mixer or hand-held beater, mix this thoroughly in with the cream cheese.
- Gradually add coconut oil until the mixture is smooth and consistent.
- Transfer into a container in the fridge for a couple of hours until firmly set.
- Once set remove and roll into small bite sized balls and then roll again to coat in the topping of your choice.
- Refrigerate another 2 hours before eating
Will keep in the fridge for 7 - 10 days
